Where do the free times come from?
De Fysioplek reads the public online calendars of 77 practices with free appointments every hour. Not every practice has such a calendar, and we cannot guarantee that every practice or every time slot in Amsterdam is included.
When is your appointment final?
The practice manages its own calendar. A slot may have been taken in the meantime. Some appointment types are meant for existing patients; check this with the practice. An appointment is final only once the practice has confirmed it.
How do we order the results?
Practices cannot pay for a higher position. ‘Soonest available’ means the earliest free appointment. With a postcode you can also sort by estimated distance. That distance is based on postcode data and is not a calculated cycling or travel time.
How do we search by complaint?
Search categories are derived from calendar and profile texts. They help you filter, but are not a diagnosis, a quality mark or a verified professional registration. A physiotherapist discusses with you whether a treatment is appropriate.
