Short version: we want to know as little about you as possible. Below is exactly what we do keep, and why.

We count how many people use the site and whether they tap a time. For that your browser gets a random number stored in sessionStorage. That number disappears when you close the tab. We use no cookies and no third-party trackers. We don't know who you are.
If you sign up, we keep your e-mail address, the area, your complaint and the time of day you want. Only to mail you when a slot opens up. Unsubscribing means deletion.
At some practices we can pre-fill the booking form. For that we ask your name, e-mail address, phone number, date of birth and gender. We only ask your address if the practice asks for it.
We don't store your date of birth or address. Name, e-mail address and phone number are kept with a reference number for at most 12 months, so we can answer a question about your appointment. The screenshot of the filled-in form is deleted after 24 hours. We send nothing on your behalf: you press the final button yourself, at the practice.
What you send through the contact form or the feedback field is kept as long as needed to answer you and improve the site.
Cloudflare protects the site against abuse (the bot check, Turnstile) and handles the traffic to the site. Cloudflare sees your IP address in the process.
The map comes from OpenStreetMap. When the map tiles load, OpenStreetMap sees your IP address. Fonts and the map software are on our own server; nobody else sees those requests.
Our server keeps a log of visits (IP address, time, requested page). We keep those logs briefly and use them only to fix problems.
Names, addresses, specialisations and open times of practices and physiotherapists are public business data that they publish on their own websites. We show them on the basis of legitimate interest. Want something changed or removed? Mail us.
We don't sell data. We share it only with the practice you choose yourself and with the technical parties above.
You may see what we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Mail info@defysioplek.nl. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
